Welcome to Mo’s Carpentry! My name is Mo, and I’d like to share the story of how this business came to be.

The Early Days

For many years, I worked with AVERA Environmental, a company dedicated to the safe removal of asbestos and other hazardous materials from homes. Our focus was on ensuring that homeowners were living in safe, healthy environments. However, while we were successful in making homes safer, I often felt that our work was only half done. We would leave the home with the hazardous materials safely removed, but homeowners were often left with a bare, unfinished space.

Seeing the Need

I witnessed firsthand the frustration homeowners faced after remediation. They were relieved to have the asbestos removed but were left wondering, “What now?” Their homes needed restoration and rebuilding, but there were few services available to help them move from a blank slate to a beautifully renovated space. This gap in the market sparked an idea.

With a passion for carpentry and a vision to provide a more comprehensive service, I decided to create Mo’s Carpentry. Our mission is simple: to transform your home from a safe, bare shell into a place of beauty and comfort.
